Our Services Include <ul><li>Register to vote </li><li>Apply for a proxy vote </li><li>Apply for a postal vote </li><li>Apply for photo ID to vote (called a âVoter Authority Certificateâ) </li><li>And a product we have built for electoral teams in Local Authorities to support electoral administration. </li></ul>We have lots to do. We must continue to improve our existing services to meet the needs of our users, especially those of disabled and other marginalised users. We must also think strategically about the future, understanding what problems still exist and champion user-centred ways of working to approach these issues. You will be embedded in the Operations team, providing statistics and analysis for an existing portfolio of high-profile online services. Moreover, a substantial part of your responsibilities will be working with the Product and Design teams in Elections Digital, who are busy developing entirely new and exciting online services to improve voter registration as part of the Electoral Resilience & Democratic Engagement Programme.â¯â¯ This role will involve working closely with the development team on supporting user research and various analytics for services in various stages of development, and also performing analytics and continuous improvement to our existing services.â¯â¯ The role will also focus on supporting improvements to our digital compliance, making sure that we have proportionate data governance across the operational portfolio of live services that is aligned with MHCLG and data governance frameworks. You can provide the intelligence to support the formulation of both short-term and long-term strategic plans. You understand the different phases of product delivery and can plan and run the analysis for these. Youâll be working on a combination of projects including large scale exteriors, context buildings, landscape, interior spaces, and furniture. The sources you work from will vary between CAD drawings, Revit exports, sketches, PDFs, or photo references. You'll need to interpret incomplete or inconsistent information confidently and know what to ask for. What You'll Do <ul><li>Analyse the project brief and organise the information you have, flagging any issues or inconsistencies. </li><li>Formulate a modelling plan with time estimations and the final output details. </li><li>Read architectural plans accurately and export models where needed. </li><li>Model architecture, interiors, furniture, and site context in 3ds Max from varied source material (DWG, Revit exports, sketches, PDFs, photos)</li><li>Prepare scenes for handover to visualisation artists: clean topology, logical naming, correct real-world scale, organised layers</li><li>Build vegetation and repeating-element setups using Forest Pack and RailClone</li><li>Ensure compatibility with a Corona render workflow (proxies, material slots, scene hygiene)</li><li>Manage your own workload against agreed deadlines and flag issues early</li><li>Review your final models with the team, updating any details that are needed. </li></ul>Essential What We're Looking For <ul><li>Advanced AutoCAD and 3dsMax proficiency. </li><li>Reading architectural, construction and detailed plans accurately.</li><li>Diligently check your own work to deliver reliable and accurate models.</li><li>At least 3â5 years of professional 3D architectural modelling experience</li><li>Working experience with Forest Pack and RailClone</li><li>Familiarity with Corona workflows (proxies, scene setup) </li><li>Availability overlapping UK business hours</li><li>Professional-level proficiency in English, with strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.</li><li>The ability to model large exteriors, context buildings, landscapes, interior spaces, as well as detailed tasks like furniture. </li></ul>Nice to Have <ul><li>A strong architectural background</li><li>Experience working within an established studio's scene standards or asset library </li></ul>What To Expect If we like your work weâll invite you to an interview with the team.
