Their work drives engagement, understanding, and meaningful action across channels.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>As a key member of the Creative Operations and Resourcing group, you will report to the Senior Creative Resource Manager and play a vital role in keeping processes on track. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong communication and organizational skills, and wants to contribute to a dynamic creative environment.<br><br><strong>Position type:</strong> freelance<br><br><strong>Target start date:</strong> late August or early September<br><br><strong>Hours per week: </strong>expected 30 - 35 hours<br><br><strong>Duration:</strong> 3 months to start, possibility to extend<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support the high-volume invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. </li><li>Provide Production Resource Management coverage as needed. </li><li>Provide administrative support for the internal resource management system. </li><li>Follow up on time entry to help ensure reporting is completed on time. </li><li>Provide administrative support for weekly resourcing meetings. </li><li>Manage and update documents, maintain organized filing systems, and keep folder structures clear and consistent. </li><li>Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. </li><li>Comfort using Slack, Zoom and Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs/Sheets. </li><li>Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>A proactive mindset—you identify what needs to be done and take initiative. </li><li>Experience in a creative, agency, or operations environment is an asset<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong>The hourly range for this position is between CAD $40/hour and CAD $45/hour.
